Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms of attendance for the ESCA Winter Celebration & Awards.

01Consent for Use of Photographic Images & Recordings

By attending the Winter Celebration & Awards, you permit ESCA to use your image and likeness, including photographs and video recordings, from the event for promotional and educational purposes.

02Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be sent to events@esca.org. Refunds are processed within 30 days. Cancellations made 15 to 45 days prior to the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event are not refundable. ESCA reserves the right to modify this policy with Board approval.

03Code of Conduct

ESCA is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful event experience. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

04Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with participation in the event. ESCA and its partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the event.

05Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

ESCA may modify event programming, scheduling, or the venue as needed. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond our control, including weather, labor actions, or health crises, options may include refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

06Privacy & Data Use

Registration information is used to communicate event details. Data is processed through third-party event management platforms and remains confidential. Attendee lists will never be sold or shared for monetary purposes.

07Accessibility & Special Requests

ESCA strives to provide an inclusive experience for all attendees. Dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, and accessibility needs will be accommodated when noted during registration.

08Intellectual Property

All event presentations, slideshows, and related materials are the property of ESCA. Reproduction, distribution, or rebroadcast of this content without prior written consent from ESCA is strictly prohibited.
