Event Details

When is the ESCA Winter Celebration & Awards?
The event will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 6:00 – 10:00 PM at The Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
What is the dress code?
This year’s theme is A Toast to Tradition: supper club elegance in velvet, satin, silk, and rich jewel tones. Visit the What to Wear section for outfit inspiration.
Will dinner be a buffet?
Dinner will be a plated, sit-down meal served right at your table — true to this year’s Supper Club theme.
Is parking available?
Valet and self parking are available. Enter the lot from N. 10th Street and pull forward to the sign, which will display one of the following: Self-Park or Valet-Parking.

Registration

How do I register for the event?
Registration opens soon. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early once it opens. Subscribe to our emails and you will be notified the moment registration opens.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guests are welcome. Each guest must be registered and will require their own ticket.
What is the cost of bringing a guest?
Guests of ESCA members are $300. Non-member guests are $400.
What does the registration fee include?
The fee includes a gourmet dinner, an open bar, networking opportunities, and the awards ceremony.
Will there be assigned seating?
Enjoy open seating — it helps keep conversations flowing and connections easy.
Is the event open to non-members?
Yes, non-members are welcome to attend with paid registration.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests should be sent to events@esca.org. Refunds are processed within 30 days. Cancellations made 15 to 45 days before the event receive a 50% refund; cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are not refundable. ESCA reserves the right to modify this policy with Executive Committee approval.

Awards & Nominations

How can I nominate someone for an award?
Nominations can be submitted through the category links in the Awards section. Nominations close September 1, 2026.
Who is eligible for nomination?
All ESCA members in good standing are eligible to be nominated.
What award categories are included?
Diversity & Inclusion, Humanitarian Excellence, Innovation, Lifetime Achievement, Outstanding Service & Volunteerism, and Rising Leader Excellence.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on November 15, 2026 at the ESCA Winter Celebration & Awards.

Travel & Accommodations

Will there be accommodations or hotel blocks?
Guests are welcome to book within the IAEE Expo! Expo! hotel room block, a convenient option for the dates of our event.

Special Considerations

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes, please note any dietary restrictions during registration and we will do our best to accommodate.
