Event Details

WHEN IS THE ESCA WINTER CELEBRATION & AWARDS?

The event will be held on December 7, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at The Astorian in Houston, Texas.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

A Night in Black Gold encourages guests to dress in Western Luxe attire.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, self-parking is available on-site for a fee.

Registration

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?

Registration is opening in October and can be completed online. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Yes, guests are welcome. Each guest must be registered and will require their own ticket.

WHAT IS THE COST OF BRINGING A GUEST?

ESCA member guest: $300
Non-member guest: $400

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

The fee includes a gourmet dinner, an open bar, networking opportunities, and the awards ceremony.

WILL THERE BE ASSIGNED SEATING?

No, seating will not be assigned to encourage more natural networking opportunities.

IS THE EVENT OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS?

Yes, non-members are welcome to attend with paid registration.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Should you need to cancel, in whole or in part, please email events@esca.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event according to the following schedule:

Prior to 65 days – Full refund
15–64 days – 50% refund
Less than 15 days – No refund
ESCA reserves the right to modify this policy with approval from the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
